RENTAL RATES 2010
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE Customer is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and fueling before return of the machine. Machine cleanup charge - $75.00, PM charge - $250.00, fuel charge - $4.25 per gallon. Rates quoted are for an 8-hour day/24-hour period, 40-hour/7day week, 176-hour/4 week month (all rates are based on single shift). Double shift rates will be charged 1.5 times the published single shift rate. Triple shift rates will be charged 2 times the published single shift rate. Excess hours will be calculated by dividing the monthly rate by 176 and multiplying that number by 2. Customer is responsible for hauling the equipment to their site and returning the equipment to our yard, Glenn Dick Equipment's hauling rate is $115.00 per hour-local - 1 hour minimum. The rate starts when the truck hauling the equipment leaves our site and stops when the truck hauling the equipment returns to our site. Glenn Dick Equipment will not be responsible for down time because of bad weather or muddy conditions. Add 25% to rental rate for use in rock, plus tire damage, there will be a charge back for machines used in demolition if there is any damage. Customer is responsible for hammer point breakage. Additional charges for the tire wear on a pro rated basis. Premium rates may be required for severe application. Physical damage certificates must be provided by the customer. Equipment subject to availability. Equipment availability quoted subject to prior rental. Prices effective as of January 1, 2010, and are subject to change without notice and/or product availability and machine rental location. Glenn Dick Equipment is held harmless and is not responsible for any and all of our rental fleet complying with state regulations concerning weight, width, height when transporting or driving. Glenn Dick Equipment is also not responsible and is to be held harmless in the event contamination occurs to any property as a result of leaks or spills from our equipment while on rent. · Lessee must furnish qualified operator and use equipment within its rated capacity. · Lessee is responsible for normal maintenance and service of machine. · Lessee is responsible for any damage to the machine due to neglect or abuse of the machine. · Lesser has the right to terminate rental, when in his opinion the machines are being damaged by improper use. · Lessee must make Glenn Dick Equipment Company aware if machinery is to used in or around hazardous materials (chemicals, poisons, radiation, etc...) · Lessee ensures that normal daily maintenance is performed- such as fuel, grease, oil level checks and changes, tire pressure, etc. Lessee will be liable for any maintenance or repairs required beyond normal wear and tear, and for any tire damage. Machine to be returned reasonably clean.
